Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LudoX (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LudoX mobile application (the “App”) and related services.
 By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must not use LudoX.

Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in games and contests offered by LudoX is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to verify your age, identity, and eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if you fail to provide satisfactory proof.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

When you register on LudoX:

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach involving your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Misrepresentation
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity

3. Game Rules and Participation

  • LudoX hosts skill-based contests and games where players compete based on their ability.
  • The outcome of games depends predominantly on the player’s knowledge, skills, and expertise, not chance or luck.
  • By participating, you agree to follow the rules outlined for each contest.
  • Failure to comply with the rules may lead to disqualification without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify contest rules
  • Disqualify participants suspected of violating fair play
  • Cancel contests in case of technical failures, cheating, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

  • You may be required to add funds to your wallet to participate in certain contests.
  • You agree to use only legitimate payment methods in your name.
  • Winnings will be credited to your wallet after contest results are finalized.

Withdrawals:

  • You may withdraw available winnings to your verified bank account or UPI ID.
  • Withdrawal may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification including PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or other government-issued IDs.
  • We may delay or withhold payouts pending verification for security reasons or suspicion of fraud.

Fees and Taxes:

  • Any applicable transaction fees, charges, or taxes (such as TDS under Indian law) will be deducted as per regulations.

5. KYC Verification

We may require you to complete KYC verification to:

  • Withdraw winnings
  • Confirm eligibility
  • Prevent fraudulent activity

You must provide valid, government-issued identification documents upon request.
 Failure to complete KYC when requested may lead to suspension of withdrawals or account termination.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use any unfair, deceptive, or manipulative tactics to gain advantage.
  • Engage in cheating, collusion, or use of automated tools (bots, scripts).
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Violation of fair play policies may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of winnings
  • Permanent ban

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and unfair gameplay.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in LudoX, including but not limited to:

  • Software
  • Design
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Audio and Video clips

are owned by or licensed to us.
 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • LudoX is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Loss of data
    • Technical failures
    • Unauthorized access
    • Third-party interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

You participate at your own risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LudoX, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate your account without notice for breach of these Terms.
  • Cancel any ongoing contests if necessary due to technical or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
 We may withhold, seize, or forfeit winnings obtained through violation of the Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

You agree that:

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar.
  • You waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may modify these Terms at any time.
 Changes will become effective when updated in the App or notified to you via email or notifications.

Continued use of LudoX after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Responsible Gaming Policy

We promote responsible gaming and encourage users to:

  • Play for entertainment, not as a source of income.
  • Set time limits and budget limits.
  • Seek help if gaming negatively affects personal, financial, or professional life.

If you feel you are losing control over your gaming behavior, please seek professional advice or contact us for assistance.
